Loose the white running shoes folks! At least wear them for a few weeks so they don't stand out quite so much. Think walking shoe, not running shoe. Think dark shoe, not white shoe. Although even with the different colored shoe, that fanny pack will still stand out in a crowd!

Learn how to say no or no thanks in the local language, it really helps to tell local panhandlers or pushy street vendors that you aren't interested. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
